Gregory T. Josefsberg joined the United States Army and served on active duty during Operations
Desert Shield and Desert Storm (Gulf War I). Upon completion of his four-year assignment at the
John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center (Special Forces/Green Beret Unit), Mr. Josefsberg
attended Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. He received his B.A. in Criminal Justice
with a minor in Sociology from the College of Urban & Public Affairs.

Following college, Mr. Josefsberg worked for a law firm as a paralegal and lobbyist in Albany, New
York State's capital. Mr. Josefsberg went on to attend Syracuse University College of Law where he

for American Tower Corporation (NYSE: AMT), Wireless Facilities, Inc. (NASDAQ: WFII), and
U.S. Physical Therapy (NASDAQ: USPH). In addition to these positions, Mr. Josefsberg continued
to serve as a member of the Texas Army National Guard in Houston and attended the University of
Houston Law Center in furtherance of an LL.M. degree.
